Somerville
Located along the Red Line T and Route 93 lies Somerville just two miles northwest of Boston. Somerville has many squares throughout including Assembly, Sullivan, Porter and Davis Squares. During the 1980’s the Red Line T was extended into Davis Square which accounted for much of its popularity. As time went on the additional squares had grown and gentrified with more residents, businesses and development.
Today Somerville has been a sought after neighborhood. The proximity to Boston and ease of accessibility by both the Red and Orange line T, has made for an excellent option for a quality neighborhood to call home. More and more services including the Outlets at Assembly Row continue to pop up offering more services, shopping and dining. The housing stock includes single families and many multi family residences, some that are now condominiums that have been rehabbed, providing an array of options for buyers.
