Cambridge is known around the world due to it being home to prestigious schools including Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Commonly known as “the city of squares” as it has numerous squares throughout. The most popular are Harvard, Central, Inman and Kendall Squares. Each square is unique it its own personality and offering yet all offer valuable resources in the way of shopping and dining.
In addition to popular higher level education, Cambridge has also become a destination for many technology and biotech companies. Companies including Novartis, Biogen and Genzyme all have locations in Cambridge. In addition, tech companies including Google, Amazon and Microsoft all have offices in the city as well.
